Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CopyPasteAI (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

CopyPasteAI provides a library of copy-and-paste AI prompts and Premium step-by-step workflow packs that you can use with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. Some content is available for free and some requires a paid Premium subscription.

2. Your account

Account sign-up and authentication are handled through Supabase. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your location.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Premium is offered as a monthly or annual subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Unless you cancel, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price. We may change prices with reasonable advance notice, and changes apply to future billing periods.

4. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard’s billing area (the Stripe customer portal). Your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after cancellation. Please see our Refund / Cancellation Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

The Service is for your own personal or business use. You agree not to scrape, bulk-export, resell, or redistribute the prompt library or workflow packs as your own product, and not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for how you use any AI outputs you generate.

6. Content and intellectual property

The prompts and workflow packs are owned by CopyPasteAI and licensed to you for your own use while your account is in good standing. The text you enter into AI tools, and the outputs you generate, are yours to use. Please don’t republish our library as a competing collection.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” AI tools are third-party products and their results vary; we do not guarantee any specific outcome, ranking, income, or result. Nothing here is professional (legal, financial, medical, or other) advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CopyPasteAI will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
