Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how CopyPasteAI Premium subscriptions are billed, how to cancel, and how refunds work. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Subscriptions

Premium is available as a monthly or annual subscription. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, unless you cancel before it renews.

How to cancel

You can cancel anytime. Go to your dashboard and open Manage billing to reach the Stripe customer portal, where you can cancel your subscription. After you cancel, your Premium access continues until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

Because Premium provides immediate digital access, payments for a billing period that has already started are generally non-refundable. That said, we want you to be happy: if something went wrong or you were charged by mistake, email us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your situation and try to make it right.

Duplicate or accidental charges

If you believe you were charged twice or in error, contact us and we will look into it and issue a refund for a genuine duplicate charge.

Free plan

You can use the free prompts and try Step 1 of every workflow without paying. There is nothing to cancel or refund on the free plan.
